Terms & Conditions:-
By participating in this referral program (“Program”), of RML Information Services Private Limited (“RML”) the “myRML app” user (each a “Participant”) accepts the following terms:-
- This is a daily program and will be conducted from 15 Jan, 2016 (00:01 Hrs) to 31 Jan, 2016 (23:59 Hrs) (“Period”).
- This program is restricted to those users who have a pre-paid mobile phone connection. Other users will not be considered participants.
- Participation in this program involves the following steps
- – • Click on the “share” button anywhere on the myRML application.
- – • Choose the mode (SMS, WhatsApp or other) of selecting contacts for sharing.
- – • Select contacts and send the auto generated message to the intended recipients.
- Participation in the program will not make a user eligible for the associated reward. For clarity, participants referring users will not be rewarded unless there is a successful referral as defined below.
- For each “successful referral” (defined as a user who is the recipient of the referral message from the participant and who clicks on the link in the auto generated message to install the app and opens the app on his phone), the participant(s) will be rewarded as per the terms and conditions contained in this document.
- Participation in this program and associated rewards are limited to Android users only. For clarity, participants have to refer users only from the myRML Android application and only myRML Android App installs will be considered for successful referrals in this program in addition to other terms as applicable. Referrals from the myRML WAP page and registrations on the WAP page will not be considered for participation and/or successful referrals in this program.
- For each such successful referral up to 23:59 hours of 26 Dec 2015 (each a “Customer”) the eligible Participant will receive reward in the form of a free mobile recharge worth Rs. 20/- subject to a maximum of Rs. 100 or 5 (five) such rewards on each calendar day of the activity period. For the sake of clarity, the maximum reward a participant can earn during the activity period will be 40 (Forty) or Rs. 800 (Eight Hundred)
- This program and its associated reward(s) cannot be combined with any other offer or transferred.
- The referral reward will be processed 3 calendar days after a successful referral. Any uninstalls during this period will not be considered for the reward.
- Each Participant confirms that he/she has the authority and the necessary permissions to share the names, phone numbers and other details of the Customers and bind the Customers to these terms.
- RML is not responsible for any service outages of network service providers or any other service provider involved in this Program.
- RML reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or amend this Program at any time, without prior notice.
- RML may use, reproduce, disclose, distribute or publish any information (including personal information and photos of the Participants and Customers), and details of this Program for sales and marketing.
- RML’s decisions regarding the Program, eligibility and other terms shall be final and binding.
- RML employees, RML agents/dealers (including their personnel) cannot participate.
- This Program is governed by Indian laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
